FAQ: 
  How does IMAGE PRINTING remanufacture empty ink and toner cartridges?  
We remanufacture or produce our cartridges in specialized production facilities operated by our carefully selected procedures. First, we inspect and test all empty cartridges, including electronically testing every inkjet cartridge print head. If a single nozzle fails, the cartridge is rejected. We use automated vacuum filling technology to fill all inkjet cartridges with extreme precision, making certain that the cartridge is filled to maximum capacity. Once the cartridges have been refilled, skilled technicians perform physical inspection and testing. If it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t go out of our factory. For laser cartridges, we inspect each cartridge and replace or refurbish parts as necessary.  

  Will using IMAGE PRINTING void users’ printer warranty? 
Not at all. By law, printer manufacturers cannot require the use of only their brand of replacement supplies as a warranty condition, so using a remanufactured cartridge does not void a warranty. 

 Will using IMAGE PRINTING cartridge perform the same quality as the original?  
On the quality front we have thoroughly tested the reman&compatibles against the originals and the quality of ours is just as good as the originals. Our cartridges always bring you perfect performance with no leaking or blocking problems. We have also had a lot of feedback from customers who prefer the quality of the compatibles over the originals. 

  Do IMAGE PRINTING cartridges contain the same amount of ink as originals? 
The reman&compatible cartridges that we manufacture contain at least, if not more ink than the original manufacturer’s cartridges. Also we can refill the volumes upon on customers’ demand 

 How does IMAGE PRINTING deliver your goods? 
Currently we ship regular orders either via air or sea upon on customers’ request, and small quantity trial order by fast courier.
